My work is an investigation into finitude, disappearance, and the permanence, even without flesh, of bodies. Fragile bodies, incapable of escaping death, essentially solitary — and yet, insistent. Bodies that desire, that persist, that create objects capable of altering their surroundings and leaving traces, however brief, of their journey through the material world.

With a hybrid background in theatre, dance, and visual arts, my works are born from long processes, matured over the years, in continuous collaboration with the same constellation of performers and artists. They are creations that inhabit diverse languages and unfold in durational performances, founded on minimal, repeated, almost absurd gestures—actions that radically displace the function of the body in space, and that always delve into the history of performance and dance.
By immobilizing bodies, laying them down, making them rest, confining them through sculptures, or surrendering them to the pathetic, I seek to make visible the web of forces with which every body is in relation. I always try to remind myself and the audience that we are not only beings who act, but also bodies that allow ourselves to be affected.
